摘　　要：高校干部人事档案记载了教职工成长的重要经历,是人才引进工作的主要参考,同时是高校组织人事工作的一个重要组成部分,为干部任免提供重要依据,是贯彻从严治党的重要抓手[1]。本文以全面从严治党为视角,并基于对《干部人事档案工作条例》的解读,对推进高校干部人事档案专项审核全覆盖工作提出了新思考,从而进一步加快高校干部人事档案工作机制、体制改革的进程。The personnel archives of cadres in colleges and universities record the important experience of the growth of the staff,which is the main reference for the introduction of talents,and an important part of the organization and personnel work in colleges and universities,which provides an important basis for the appointment and removal of cadres,and is an important starting point for the implementation of strict party governance[1].From the perspective of strict party governance and based on the interpretation of the Regulations on the Work of Cadre Personnel Archives,the paper puts forward new thoughts on the full coverage of special review on the personnel archives of university cadres,thus further speeding up the process of mechanism and institution reform of the personnel archives of university cadres.
