摘　　要：新时期机关档案管理工作转型升级既是适应外部环境变化、回应时代需求的必然选择,也是提升自身管理水平、发挥档案价值的重要途径。本文基于新时代背景,梳理了机关档案管理工作内涵、特点和价值,分析转型升级的必要性,并从观念更新、信息化技术升级、人才建设和安全风险防范四个方面构建新时期机关档案管理工作转型升级的策略。The transformation and upgrading of archives management in government agencies in the new era is not only an inevitable choice to adapt to external environmental changes and respond to the needs of the times,but also an important way to improve one's own management level and give play to the value of archives.Based on the background of the new era,this paper sorts out the connotation,characteristics and value of archives management in government agencies,analyzes the necessity of transformation and upgrading,and constructs strategies for the transformation and upgrading of archives management in government agencies in the new era from four aspects:concept updating,informatization technology upgrading,talent construction,and security risk prevention.
