摘　　要：在电子投票中,选民身份合法性与投票匿名性之间的矛盾是亟待解决的核心问题。针对这一问题,提出一种基于盲签名的匿名资格证,所提资格证通过屏蔽选民身份信息实现匿名投票。首先,选民匿名获取唯一的序列号并对序列号进行盲化;其次,由官方对合法选民的盲化序列号进行签名,选民对签名进行脱盲得到官方对原始序列号的签名,该签名和原始序列号即组成选民的资格证。通过盲签名技术可实现资格证的匿名性,由资格证切断选民的身份与他的选票之间的联系,同时官方的认证使资格证具有合法性,能够代表选民的合法投票权利,还能防止选民的重复投票。相较于现有电子投票中的身份匿名认证的方案,该方案不需要不易达成的前提条件和耗时的复杂计算,成本低廉,易于实现,符合经济实用性的要求,适用于大规模投票。In electronic voting,the contradiction between the legitimacy of voter identity and the anonymity of votes has been a crucial issue that urgently needs resolution.To address this issue,an anonymous qualification certificate based on blind signature was proposed,which achieved anonymous voting by shielding the voter’s identity information.Firstly,the voter obtained a unique serial number anonymously and blinded the serial number.Then,the authorities signed the blinded serial number of legitimate voter.The voter unblinded the signature to obtain the official signature on the original serial number.Finally,the combination of this signature and the original serial number constituted the voter’s certificate.Through blind signature technology,the anonymity of the certificate is achieved,severing the link between the voter’s identity and his vote.Simultaneously,the official certification ensures the legitimacy of the certificate,representing the voter’s lawful voting rights,it also prevents the voter from voting twice.Compared to existing anonymous identity authentication scheme in electronic voting,the proposed approach does not require difficult prerequisites or time-consuming complex computations.It elegantly resolves the contradiction between legitimacy and anonymity with a simple technique offering a low-cost,meets the requirements of economy and practicality,and provides easily implementable solution suitable for large-scale voting.
