摘  要:分析当前船舶通航桥梁面临的主要安全风险,包括桥梁结构强度不足、通航规则执行不力以及船舶交通流量增长带来的挑战,提出加强桥梁结构定期检测与维护,完善通航规则与船舶调度系统以及提升船员的安全意识和操作技能等管理对策。并建议建立船舶通航桥梁安全信息共享机制,加强跨部门协同,提高应急处置能力,从而有效提升船舶通航桥梁的安全性,保障水上交通的顺畅与安全。This paper analyzes the main safety risks faced by ship's passage of bridges,including insufficient bridge structural strength,inadequate enforcement of navigation rules,and challenges posed by the increase in ship traffic flow.It proposes a series of management countermeasures,such as strengthening regular inspection and maintenance of bridge structures,improving navigation rules and ship scheduling systems and enhancing the safety awareness and skills of seafarers.In addition,it suggests establishing a mechanism for sharing safety information on ship's passage of bridges,enhancing cross-departmental cooperation and improving emergency response capabilities.The implementation of these countermeasures can effectively enhance the safety of ship's passage of bridges and ensure the smoothness and safety of waterway traffic.
