民办高校篮球裁判员培养现状及对策分析——以贵州黔南经济学院为例

摘　　要：篮球裁判员培养是篮球运动向高质量方向发展的重要组成部分。以高校为基础的篮球裁判员培养不仅可以缓解大学篮球裁判员严重不足的问题,还能增强大学生协作能力,丰富大学生文化生活,提升裁判员整体水平,为社会输送高质量的篮球裁判人才。该文以贵州黔南经济学院为例,对该校34名教师和48名裁判协会学生进行调查研究,全面了解该校篮球裁判员发展现状、培养模式和面临的问题,提出解决对策和建议,为该校今后的篮球裁判员培养提供理论依据,也为其他学者在研究民办高校篮球裁判员培养方面提供参考。Basketball referee training is an important part of the high-quality development of basketball.The cultivation of college-based basketball referees can not only alleviate the serious shortage of college basketball referees,but also enhance the students'cooperation ability,enrich their cultural life and improve the overall level of referees,to provide high-quality basketball referees for the community.This paper takes Guizhou Qiannan Economic College as an example to investigate and study 34 teachers and 48 students of the referees'association in order to fully understand the current situation of the development of basketball referees,the training mode and the problems faced by the school.Based on this,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,which can provide theoretical basis for the future training of basketball referees,and also provide reference for other scholars to study the training of basketball referees in private colleges.
