不同氮、钾肥施用量对嫁接苦瓜生长发育及产量的影响研究

摘  要:以苦瓜嫁接苗为试材,共设6个不同N、K肥施用量处理,每个处理3次重复,随机区组排列,以此来研究不同N、K肥施用量处理对嫁接苦瓜不同生育期的生长量、叶片色素含量、根系特性变化及产量的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,适量施肥可扩大根系直径和根表面积,提高苦瓜株高、茎粗和叶片色素含量。在6个不同N、K肥施用处理中,N 260 kg/hm^(2)、K_(2)O 430 kg/hm^(2)处理对嫁接苦瓜生长的促进作用更加显著。Taking grafted bitter gourd seedlings as the test material,with a total of six different N and K fertilizer application treatments,each with three repetitions,arranged in a randomized block design,the study investigated the effects of different N and K fertilizer applications on the growth during various growth stages,leaf pigment content,root characteristics,and yield of grafted bitter gourd.The results showed that,compared with the control,appropriate fertilization can expand the root diameter and root surface area,and increase the plant height,stem thickness,and leaf pigment content of bitter gourd.Among the six different N and K fertilizer treatments,the treatment with N at 260 kg/hm²and K_(2)O at 430 kg/hm²had a more significant promoting effect on the growth of grafted bitter gourd.
