摘 要:为改进土壤镇压机具的性能,对分置式土壤镇压装置进行试验研究。设计机具总体结构,根据机具技术参数性能评定指标,采用镇压后的土壤容重和生产率来评价分置式土壤镇压装置的作业质量。结果表明,分置式土壤镇压装置镇压后的土壤容重为1.17 g/cm^(3),作业生产率为0.27 hm^(2)/h,测试指标满足设计要求。To improve the performance of soil compaction machines and tools,experimental research is conducted on the segmented soil compaction device.It designs the overall structure of the equipment,and evaluates the working quality of the segmented soil compaction device based on technical parameters and performance assessment indicators,using the soil bulk density after compaction and productivity as the criteria.The results showed that the soil bulk density after compaction by the segmented soil compaction device was 1.17 g/cm^(3),and the hourly production rate was 0.27 hm^(2)/h.The testing indicators met the design requirements.
