摘  要:应用TRIZ理论对农户稻谷储粮仓进行创新设计,根据TRIZ理论提供的思路与线索,采取矛盾矩阵、物质—场模型等分析方法,针对储粮问题,提出农户稻谷储粮仓的创新设计方案,并经实仓储粮试验验证达到预期效果。研究表明,应用TRIZ理论能够有效解决储粮仓设计中的技术难题,为粮食储藏装备研发提供思路和借鉴。Applying TRIZ theory to the innovative design of grain storage bins for farmers,according to the ideas and clues provided by TRIZ theory,the analysis methods such as contradiction matrix and material-field model are adopted to propose the innovative design scheme of farmers'rice storage bins for the grain storage problem,and the expected effect is verified by the actual grain storage test.The research demonstrates that the application of TRIZ theory can effectively solve technical challenges in the design of grain storage bins,providing ideas and references for the development of grain storage equipment.
