高强度出行地区地面巴士交通特征及优化策略研究——以澳门地区为例

摘  要:澳门地区城市面积小,但开发强度大、人口密度高,呈现极高的出行强度。为匹配市民高强度的出行需求,近年来澳门巴士持续发展壮大,具有线网覆盖全、客流强度大、运营效率高等特点,成为澳门地区市民最主要的出行方式。在大量资源投入下,澳门巴士线路不断增长,线路重复、弯绕情况普遍,局部区域车内拥挤、上车难问题突出,而城市道路承载力有限且财政投入难以持续增长,巴士交通直面可持续发展问题。本文研究提出以不大幅增加巴士投入为前提,对巴士线路采用精准再优化策略,并适度发展巴士专用道,提升巴士出行效率;加强巴士与轨道交通换乘衔接,提升轨道交通利用效率;丰富巴士服务种类,提供差异化服务。Macao ,China is a small city,but it has a high development intensity and high population density,showing a very high travel intensity.In order to meet the high-intensity travel needs of citizens,Macao buses have continued to develop and grow in recent years,and have become the most important travel mode for Macao ,China citizens with the characteristics of full line network coverage,high passenger flow intensity and high operational efficiency.With the investment of a large number of resources,Macao's bus routes continue to grow,with the common duplication of routes and detours,the problems of congestion in some areas and the difficulty of getting on the buses are prominent,while the carrying capacity of urban roads is limited and the financial investment is difficult to continue to grow,and bus traffic is facing the problem of sustainable development.In this paper,on the premise of not significantly increasing bus investment,a precise re-optimization strategy should be adopted for bus routes,and bus lanes should be moderately developed to improve bus travel efficiency.Strengthen the connection between buses and rail transit to improve the utilization efficiency of rail transit;Enrich the types of bus services and provide differentiated services.
