摘　　要：随着老龄化人口的增加,康养、医养项目逐年增多,文章介绍了某多楼栋、多业态医养结合项目的暖通空调系统,并对项目运行3年过程中运营方反馈的典型问题进行总结,以期对养老、康养、医养项目的暖通空调设计提供一定指导和借鉴。该项目在室内设计参数、冷热源选型、系统划分、业态计量等方面的策略在复合型养老项目中较为典型,可作为同类项目的设计参考,运营中发现的典型问题,也希望引起同行的思考。With the aging of the population,there are more and more health care and medical care projects.This paper introduces the HVAC system of a multi-storey and multi-business medical care project,and summarizes the typical problems feedback from the operators during the three-year operation of the project,in order to provide certain guidance and reference for the HVAC design of pension,health care and medical care projects.The project's strategies in the aspects of interior design parameters,cold and heat source selection,system division,and business measurement are relatively typical in compound pension projects,which can be used as a reference for the design of similar projects.The typical problems found in operation are also expected to arouse the thinking of peers.
