摘　　要：催化剂在聚丙烯生产中起到重要作用,关系到生产的稳定、产品的性能等,因此催化剂的选择非常关键。某企业ZN118催化剂为海外进口产品,到货周期较长,会导致装置催化剂出现短缺情况。为此,该企业试用Poly Max600催化剂替代ZN118生产M50RH,并从催化剂的活性、立构定向性、氢调敏感性、粉料粒度分布、产品质量、经济性等方面进行总结。The catalyst plays an important role in the production of polypropylene,which is related to the stability of production and the performance of products,so the choice of catalyst is important.The arrival period of ZN118 in a certain enterprise is long,which will lead to the shortage of catalyst in the device.To avoid this condition,the company tested PolyMax600 catalyst instead of ZN118 to produce M50RH,and summarized the activity,stereo-orientation,sensitivity to hydrogen regulation,particle size distribution,product quality and economy of the catalyst.
