摘　　要：开展不动产登记数据深度治理,不断提升不动产登记数据质量,是持续推进不动产登记领域改革与创新的必然要求。本文结合不动产登记数据库标准和北京市实际数据情况,深入分析不动产登记数据,从空间、资源、权利的维度构建以地、幢、户为主要检查对象的数据检查指标体系。通过治理数据库和数据深度治理系统建设,选取部分数据检查指标,检查不动产登记数据质量,进行数据深度治理实践。通过制定数据检查指标,解决了历史遗留的房屋现势权利重复、逻辑关联关系完整性不强和不动产单元编码不规范方面的数据问题,提升了不动产登记数据质量,为北京市经济社会发展提供重要的基础数据保障。Carrying out in-depth governance of real estate registration data and continuously improving the quality of real estate registration data is an inevitable requirement for continuously promoting reform and innovation in the field of real estate registration.This paper combines the standards of real estate registration databases and the actual data situation in Beijing to deeply analyze real estate registration data.From the dimensions of space,resources and rights,a data inspection index system is constructed with land,buildings,and households as the main inspection objects.Through the construction of governance databases and in-depth data governance systems,this paper selects some data inspection indicators to check the quality of real estate registration data and carries out in-depth data governance practices.By establishing data inspection indicators,this paper has solved data problems such as historical duplication of property rights,integrity of logical relationships,and non-standard real estate unit codes,and also improved the quality of real estate registration data and provided important basic data protection for the economic and social development of Beijing.
