摘  要:晕动症是异常加速度和晕动视觉场景环境暴露诱发的多系统综合征,常见于交通运输、军事作业、空间探索等领域。本文综述了晕动症发生机制、预测评价和控制措施3个方面研究进展,并展望了未来晕动症研究的主要发展方向。针对晕动症感觉冲突理论生物学基础的认识在不断丰富和拓展,基因测序和人工智能技术为晕动症的预测与评估提供了新的研究工具;习服训练、抗晕药物和非药物症状控制措施的综合应用是防治晕动症的关键。Motion sickness refers to a multi-system physiological syndrome caused by abnormal acceleration and motion vision scene immersion.It occurs commonly in transportation,military operations,space exploration and other fields.This article reviews recent advances in mechanism,prediction and assessment as well as control measures for motion sickness,and discusses possible research direction of motion sickness in the future.The biological basis for motion sickness sensory conflict theory has been expanded;genomic sequencing and artificial intelligence techniques have been used as novel tools for motion sickness prediction and evaluation.Acclimatization training,anti-motion sickness medication and non-drug symptom control measures used in combination is the key for motion sickness prevention and treatment.
