无张力疝修补手术治疗成人腹股沟疝的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析无张力疝修补手术治疗成人腹股沟疝的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月云浮市郁南县人民医院收治的成人腹股沟疝患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(行传统疝气修补手术)和观察组(行无张力疝修补手术),各30例。比较两组患者各项手术指标、治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况及疼痛程度。结果:观察组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);术后第1、2、3天,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:成人腹股沟疝患者应用无张力疝修补手术治疗的临床效果显著,可缩短患者的手术时间,缓解患者疼痛程度,加快患者病情康复,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia.Methods:Sixty adult inguinal hernia patients admitted to Yunfu Yunan County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(receiving traditional hernia repair surgery)and observation group(receiving tension-free hernia repair surgery)according to random number table method,with thirty cases each.The surgical indexes,therapeutic effect,postoperative complications and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after operation,the visual analogue score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of tension-free hernia repair surgery in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia patients has significant clinical effects,which can shorten the operation time of patients,relieve the pain degree of patients,accelerate the recovery of patients,and have high safety.
