摘　　要：目的:分析纯钛抓握式接骨板螺钉内固定系统与螺旋肋骨钉治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2023年10月成都大学附属医院收治的多发性肋骨骨折患者112例作为研究对象,按照随机分组法分为研究1组(应用纯钛抓握式接骨板螺钉内固定系统)、研究2组(应用螺旋肋骨钉),各56例。比较两组围术期指标、并发症发生率。结果:两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究2组术后下床活动时间早于研究1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组患者并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纯钛抓握式接骨板螺钉内固定系统与螺旋肋骨钉治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果均较为理想,安全性均较高,但螺旋肋骨钉治疗可缩短术后下床活动时间,临床可根据患者实际状况选择合适的治疗方法。Objective:To analyze the effect of internal fixation system with titanium grip plate screw and screw rib screws in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Methods:A total of one hundred and twelve patients with multiple rib fracture admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random grouping method,they were divided into study group 1(using pure titanium grasping bone plate screw internal fixation system)and study group 2(using spiral rib screws),with fifty-six cases each.Perioperative indexes and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05);the time of getting out of bed in study group 2 was earlier than that in study group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The internal fixation system of pure titanium gripping bone plate screw and spiral rib nail have ideal effect and high safety in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.However,spiral rib nail treatment can shorten the time of getting out of bed after surgery,and the appropriate treatment method can be selected according to the actual situation of patients.
