负压吸引联合他达拉非与还少胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析负压吸引联合他达拉非与还少胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月慈溪市龙山医院收治的男性勃起功能障碍患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(负压吸引联合他达拉非治疗)和观察组(在对照组基础上加用还少胶囊治疗),各35例。比较两组患者勃起功能和生活质量、中医证候积分、治疗效果、治疗满意度。结果:治疗后,两组勃起功能国际问卷-5、健康调查简表评分高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组勃起困难、肢体无力、遗精滑泄、脉沉细评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046);观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。结论:负压吸引联合他达拉非与还少胶囊治疗男性勃起功能障碍的效果显著,可有效改善患者勃起困难、肌体无力、遗精滑泄及脉沉细等症状,提高生活质量和勃起功能,患者对治疗的满意度较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of negative pressure suction combined with tadalafil and Huanshao capsule in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods:A total of seventy male patients with erectile dysfunction admitted to Cixi Longshan Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(negative pressure suction combined with tadalafil treatment)and observation group(combined with Huanshao capsule treatment on the basis of control group),thirty-five cases each.Erectile function,quality of life,TCM syndrome score,treatment effect and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of international questionnaire-5 and brief form of health survey in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of erectile difficulty,limb weakness,sperm slippage and pulse sinking in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046);the treatment satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).Conclusion:Negative pressure suction combined with tadalafil and Huanshao capsule has a remarkable effect in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction,which can effectively improve the symptoms of erectile difficulty,muscle weakness,spermatogenic slip and pulse sinking in patients,improve the quality of life and erectile function,and patients have a high satisfaction with the treatment.
