心理护理在美容整形手术患者中的干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析心理护理在美容整形手术患者中的干预效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月于南京医科大学附属妇产医院拟行美容整形手术的患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理,比较两组护理满意度、心理状态评分、生活质量评分。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.04);护理后,两组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组精神状态、身体健康、社会功能、心理状态评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理在美容整形手术患者中的干预效果较好,可改善患者的心理状态,提高其护理满意度及生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention in cosmetic plastic surgery patients.Methods:A total of seventy patients who planned to undergo cosmetic and plastic surgery in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-five patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing based on the control group.Nursing satisfaction,mental state score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.04);after nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of mental state,physical health,social function and psychological state of the two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of psychological nursing in cosmetic plastic surgery patients is better,which can improve patients'psychological state,nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
