摘 要:目的:探究尿干化学法联合尿沉渣法在尿路感染患者诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年10月延安市延川县人民医院收治的疑似尿路感染患者54例作为观察组,同期健康体检者54例作为对照组,均进行尿干化学法、尿沉渣法检测及中段尿体外细菌培养,以尿液细菌培养结果为“金标准”,分析两组患者尿常规指标水平,以及尿干化学法、尿沉渣法与尿干化学法联合尿沉渣法检查的阳性及阴性检出情况、诊断效能。结果:观察组WBC、BACT高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);细菌培养结果显示,54例疑似尿路感染患者中阳性40例,阴性14例;尿干化学法联合尿沉渣法检查的灵敏度、准确度高于尿干化学法、尿沉渣法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿干化学法、尿沉渣法与尿干化学法联合尿沉渣法检查特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿干化学法联合尿沉渣法在尿路感染患者诊断中的应用价值较高,联合检查诊断效能良好,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To investigate the application effect of urine dry chemistry combined with urine sediment method in the diagnosis of patients with urinary tract infection.Methods:Fifty-four patients with suspected urinary tract infection admitted to Yan'an Yanchuan County People's Hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the observation group,and fifty-four cases of healthy medical check-ups during the same period were selected as the control group,and were subjected to the detection of urine dry chemical method,urinary sediment method,and in-vitro bacterial culture of mid-stream urine.The urine bacterial culture results were used as the"gold standard"to analyze the levels of urine routine indexes,as well as the positive and negative detection and diagnostic efficacy of urine dry chemical method,urine sediment method and urine dry chemical method combined with urine sediment method in the two groups.Results:WBC and BACT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the results of bacterial culture showed that there were forty positive cases and fourteen negative cases among the fifty-four patients with suspected urinary tract infections;the sensitivity and accuracy of the examination of the urine dry chemical method combined with the urine sediment method were higher than those of the urine dry chemical method and the urine sediment method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference was not statistically significant when comparing the specificity of the examination of urine dry chemical method,urine sediment method and urine dry chemical method combined with urine sediment method(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of urine dry chemical method combined with urine sediment method in the diagnosis of patients with urinary tract infection is of high value,and the diagnostic efficacy of the combined examination is good,which is worthy of clinical reference.
