摘　　要：目的:探究东莞市乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)患者疾病认知及就医状况,为临床规范防治乙肝提供参考。方法:选取2023年8—10月于东莞市滨海湾中心医院就诊的乙肝患者500例进行疾病认知及就医状况调查,收集调查资料并分析。结果:在乙肝传播途径方面,患者平均(2.78±0.43)分,处于中等偏上水平;在乙肝危害方面,患者平均(1.58±0.15)分,处于中等偏上水平;在乙肝检查与治疗知识方面,患者平均(1.01±0.28)分,处于中等水平;在乙肝认知与需求方面,患者平均(0.88±0.21)分,水平较低;在乙肝感染情况方面,患者平均(2.87±0.89)分,处于中等偏低水平;在乙肝治疗情况方面,患者平均(7.44±1.24)分,处于中上水平;在乙肝随访情况方面,患者平均(1.76±0.44)分,处于中等水平;在乙肝就医体验方面,患者平均(3.15±0.71)分,得分相对较低。结论:东莞市乙肝患者在乙肝认知与需求、感染情况及就医体验方面存在一定不足,医疗专业人员和公共卫生机构需要加强对乙肝相关知识的普及教育,优化就医环境,持续提高乙肝诊疗服务质量。Objective:To investigate the disease cognition and medical treatment status of patients with hepatitis B in Dongguan city,and to provide reference for the clinical standardization of hepatitis B prevention and treatment.Methods:Five hundred cases of hepatitis B patients attending the Dongguan Binhai Bay Central Hospital from August to October 2023 were selected for the investigation of disease awareness and medical treatment status,and the survey data were collected and analyzed.Results:In terms of hepatitis B transmission routes,the average score of patients was(2.78±0.43),which was at a medium-high level;in terms of hepatitis B hazards,the average score of patients was(1.58±0.15),which was at a medium-high level;and in terms of knowledge of hepatitis B examination and treatment,the average score of patients was(1.01±0.28),which was at a medium level;in terms of hepatitis B awareness and needs,patients averaged(0.88±0.21)points at a low level;in terms of hepatitis B infection status,patients averaged(2.87±0.89)points at a moderately low level;and in terms of hepatitis B treatment status,patients averaged(7.44±1.24)points at an upper-middle level;in terms of hepatitis B follow-up situation,patients scored(1.76±0.44)on average,which was at a medium level;in terms of hepatitis B medical experience,patients scored(3.15±0.71)on average,which was a relatively low score.Conclusion:Hepatitis B patients in Dongguan city have certain deficiencies in hepatitis B cognition and needs,infection status and medical care experience;medical professionals and public health institutions need to strengthen the popularization and education of hepatitis B-related knowledge,optimize the medical care environment,and continue to improve the quality of hepatitis B diagnosis and treatment services.
