升阳祛湿法治疗寒湿型溃疡性结肠炎的应用进展

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种慢性非特异性炎症性肠病,中医学认为,寒湿是UC发病的主要外因之一。升阳祛湿法为中医传统疗法之一,主要通过温阳祛寒、祛除体内湿邪的作用,调整人体气机运行,近年来在寒湿型UC治疗中的应用逐渐受到重视,成为临床研究的热点。该综述通过了解寒湿型UC的概述及现代机制,系统总结升阳祛湿法治疗寒湿型UC的应用进展,以期为临床实践提供参考。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease.Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that cold dampness is one of the main external causes of UC.Shengyang Qushi method is one of the traditional therapies of Chinese medicine.It mainly regulates the operation of human qi by warming Yang and removing cold and dampness.In recent years,the application in the treatment of cold-dampness UC has been paid more and more attention,and has become a hot spot in clinical research.By understanding the overview and modern mechanism of cold-dampness UC,this review systematically summarized the application progress of Shengyang Qushi method in the treatment of cold-dampness UC,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
