摘 要:在环氧树脂中添加纳米材料进行改性,以期得到强度更高、延性更好的混凝土裂缝修复材料。通过粘度和力学性能测试研究了固化剂与纳米TiO_(2)的用量和超声分散处理对纳米改性环氧树脂性能的影响。结果表明,固化剂593的最佳用量为环氧树脂E-51质量的28%,加入环氧树脂质量1%的纳米TiO_(2)后,复合材料的断裂伸长率、弯曲强度、冲击韧性和正拉粘接强度分别较纯环氧树脂提升了58.1%、15.4%、67.1%、80.4%。经60min超声分散处理后,1%纳米TiO_(2)/EP压注胶的弯曲强度、冲击韧性和正拉粘接强度分别较超声分散前提升了11.1%、6.9%、9.5%。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察冲击试样断面形貌发现,纳米改性复合材料的韧性较纯环氧树脂有明显提升。The epoxy resin was modified by adding nanomaterials in order to obtain concrete crack repair materials with higher strength and better ductility.The effects of the amounts of curing agent and nano-TiO_(2)and ultrasonic dispersion on the properties of nano-modified epoxy resin were studied by tests of viscosity and mechanical properties.The results showed that the optimal dosage of curing agent 593 was 28%of the mass of epoxy resin E-51,and the elongation at break,bending strength,impact toughness and positive tensile bonding strength of the composite were 158.1%,115,4%,167.1%and 180.4%of the pure epoxy resin,respectively.After 60 min ultrasonic dispersion treatment,the bending strength,impact toughness and positive tensile bonding strength of 1%nano TiO_(2)/EP pressure injection adhesive were 111.1%,106.9%and 109.5%of those before ultrasonic dispersion,respectively.By scanning electron microscopy(SEM),it was found that the toughness of nano-modified composite was significantly improved compared with that of pure epoxyresin.
