摘　　要：中西医结合高层次人才培养是助力健康中国的战略定位、推进医学教育改革的必然要求。以北京中医药大学培养中西医结合高层次人才的实践为例,围绕中西医结合人才的目标定位、培养理念、学制学位、培养阶段、课程体系、师资建设等方面内容,探索中西医结合高层次人才的培养模式,分析和总结建设经验,以期为新时代医学教育改革、中西医结合高层次人才培养提供新思路和新方案。The cultivation of high-level talents in the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and western medicine is a strategic imperative for supporting a healthy China and advancing medical education reform.This paper takes the practice of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in training high-level talents in the integration of TCM and western medicine as an example.It explores the training model for such talents,focusing on their educational philosophy,goal setting,duration and degree,training stages,curriculum system,and faculty development.The study analyzes and summarizes the experiences gained in construction to provide new ideas and approaches for medical education reform and the cultivation of high-level talents in the integration of TCM and western medicine in the new era.
