摘　　要：国家中医药题库作为中医药考试的重要组成部分,肩负着遴选医学人才的重大任务。然而,中医药题库存在着人文属性不足、应用指向性不强、题型设置缺乏中医药特色、试题质量差强人意、试题冗余等问题,保持题库的“健康”是考试工作者面临的一大挑战。基于PDCA质量循环对中医药题库建设展开论述,通过4个基础循环推动试题质量的提升,结合专家库建设,逐步构建良好题库生态的大循环,以期能够为我国中医药题库的标准化建设提供新思路。The national traditional Chinese medicine question bank,an essential component of the TCM examination system,plays a crucial role in selecting medical talent.However,the question bank faces several issues such as insufficient humanistic attributes,weak application orientation,lack of TCM characteristics in question types,suboptimal question quality,and redundancy in questions.Maintaining the“health”of the question bank is a significant challenge for exam workers.This paper discusses the construction of the TCM question bank based on the PDCA quality cycle.By implementing four fundamental cycles,it aims to improve the quality of questions.In conjunction with the construction of an expert database,it gradually builds a large cycle for a healthy question bank ecosystem,hoping to provide new ideas for the standardization of China’s TCM question bank.
