摘  要:传统交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘高压电缆生产产能消耗大、生产效率低且对环境造成较大压力。为了推动高压电缆绿色转型,进行了110 kV聚丙烯(PP)绝缘电缆自主研制。依据国家标准GB/T 11017—2014、企业标准Q/320581GJM 010—2023进行电缆结构设计,通过开发高压电缆专用PP绝缘材料和控制PP绝缘三层共挤关键工艺成功进行电缆制造。经检测,该电缆PP绝缘具有绝缘性能好、耐温等级高(110℃)、热稳定性好(热收缩仅为1.5%)、机械性能好等特点,确保电缆具有较高的运行温度和较好的运行可靠性、安全性。PP绝缘高压电缆的安全、环保、高效符合输电工程高质量发展趋势。Traditional XLPE insulated HV cables have high production capacity consumption,low production efficiency,and pose significant environmental pressure.In order to promote the green transformation of HV cables,the 110 kV PP insulated cable has been independently developed.According to the national standard GB/T 11017—2014 and enterprise standard Q/320581GJM 010—2023,the cable structure design is carried out.The cable manufacturing is successfully carried out by developing special PP insulation materials for HV cables and controlling the key process of PP insulation three-layer co-extrusion.After testing,the PP insulation of the cable has the characteristics of good insulation performance,high temperature resistance level(110℃),good thermal stability(thermal shrinkage only 1.5%),and good mechanical properties,ensuring that the cable has a high operating temperature and good reliability and safety.The safety,environmental protection,and efficiency of PP insulated HV cables conform to the trend of high-quality development in transmission engineering.
