摘 要:为了顺应海上风电、海上平台供电等工程整体成本降低趋势,首次采用低成本高性能镀锌不锈钢丝铠装代替常规镀锌钢丝铠装制得三芯海底电力电缆。通过与常规镀锌钢丝铠装和镀锌钢丝+圆形聚乙烯填充条1∶1混合铠装的三芯海缆的载流量、损耗对比试验,评估了镀锌不锈钢丝铠装的应用性能。评估结果表明镀锌不锈钢丝铠装具有优异的机械性能、电气性能及低成本的特点,可以提升海底电缆载流量5%,降低整体损耗10%。In order to comply with the overall cost reduction trend of offshore wind power,offshore platform power supply,and other engineering projects,low-cost and high-performance galvanized stainless steel wire armor is used for the first time to replace conventional galvanized steel wire armor to produce a three-core submarine power cable.The application performance of galvanized stainless steel wire armor is evaluated through comparative tests on the current carrying capacity and loss of three-core submarine cables with conventional galvanized steel wire armor and galvanized steel wire+circular polyethylene filling strip 1∶1 mixed armor.The evaluation results indicate that galvanized stainless steel wire armor has excellent mechanical,electrical,and low-cost characteristics,which can increase the current carrying capacity of submarine cable by 5%and reduce overall loss by 10%.
