摘 要:航天用射频电缆组件是航天产品的重要组成部分。针对航天用射频电缆组件低频段性能异常的问题,按照航天电连接器及其组件失效分析程序,分析了射频电缆组件的失效机理,提出了相应的解决措施和验证方法。通过强化关键工艺环节以改进质量控制,对提高同类射频电缆组件可靠性具有借鉴意义。The radio frequency(RF)cable assembly is an important component of aerospace.In response to the problem of abnormal low-frequency performance of RF cable assembly used in aerospace,the failure mechanism of RF cable assembly is analyzed according to the failure analysis program of aerospace electrical connectors and their assembly,and corresponding solutions and verification methods are proposed.Strengthening key process links to improve quality control has reference significance for improving the reliability of similar RF cable assembly.
