摘 要:针对连续退火滑动式等径轮单电机铜大拉丝机深受大规格铜单丝拉制时低效的困扰,展开了该设备产能优化方案研究。通过分析该设备拉丝工艺过程,梳理拉丝工艺参数理论设计,进行大规格铜单丝产能评估,提出优化配模提升产能方案。经现场实际验证,该优化方案在满足整机负荷的前提下,通过适宜的跳模方式,使大规格铜单丝拉制产能提升118%,较好解决了拉丝工序产能瓶颈问题,显著提升电缆企业的生产制造能力。A study is conducted on the optimization plan for the production capacity of the continuous annealing sliding single motor driven copper large drawing machine with equal diameter wheel,which is plagued by low efficiency during the drawing of large-sized copper single wires.By analyzing the wire drawing process of the equipment,sorting out the theoretical design of wire drawing process parameters,and evaluating the production capacity of large-sized copper single wires,a plan to optimize match mold and increase production capacity is proposed.After on-site practical verification,this optimization scheme satisfies the overall load of the machine and increases the production capacity of large-sized copper single wire drawing by 118%through appropriate mold skipping methods,effectively solving the bottleneck problem of production capacity in the drawing process and significantly improving the production and manufacturing capacity of cable enterprises.
