摘 要:为了避免因电缆组件进水导致相关系统出现电气失效和功能故障,展开了低频分支电缆组件防水有效性验证方法研究。通过对低频分支电缆组件现场加工过程及实际使用情况的跟踪,改进设计了低频分支电缆组件防水有效性验证方法。该验证方法由一次连续浸水验证试验、系统装配条件模拟验证试验、二次连续浸水验证试验组成,可完全模拟实际系统装配条件(有拖拽、弯曲等外力作用)对电缆组件防水性能的影响,以此实现对电缆组件防水有效性的准确评价。采用该验证方法对不同防水措施低频分支电缆组件进行防水有效性验证,结果表明其具有良好的可靠性、可操作性、全流程适应性。In order to avoid electrical failure and functional failure of related systems caused by water ingress into cable assemblies,a study is conducted on the effectiveness verification method for waterproof of low-frequency branch cable assemblies.By tracking the on-site processing and actual use of low-frequency branch cable assemblies,an improved method for verifying the waterproof effectiveness of low-frequency branch cable assemblies has been designed.This verification method consists of one continuous immersion verification test,system assembly condition simulation verification test,and two continuous immersion verification tests.It can fully simulate the impact of actual system assembly conditions(such as dragging,bending,and other external forces)on the waterproof performance of cable assemblies,thereby achieving accurate evaluation of the waterproof effectiveness of cable assemblies.Using this verification method to verify the waterproof effectiveness of low-frequency branch cable assemblies with different waterproof measures,the results show that it has good reliability,operability,and full process adaptability.
