摘 要:具有竞争关系的产品共同构成一个相互作用、动态演化、难以预测的复杂人工系统。可适应能力是产品通过适应性调整以满足不同需求的能力。对于由竞争产品构成的复杂人工系统而言,赋予产品较高的可适应能力对企业管理决策、产品设计研发、生产制造、运维服务以及社会环境而言均十分有益。理解产品的客观演化规律与趋势对在设计过程中赋予产品可适应能力非常关键。通过指标比较与分析,提出了产品演化过程中的非劣设计原则及其判别式,进一步给出了竞争产品高阶演化状态空间的定义及其数学表达式,并指出该状态空间所具备的基本特性,即:关联性、动态性、统一性、有界性以及收敛性。基于高阶演化状态空间及基本特性,以物理(结构)单元的重用率为基础提出了产品高阶可适应能力的概念与评价方法。最后,以国内某公司的一款风力发电机作为案例,对其高阶演化状态空间与高阶可适应能力进行了分析与讨论,演示并验证了所提出的概念与方法。Competing products in the marketplace collectively form a complex artificial system that is interrelated,dynamically evolving,and difficult to predict.Adaptability is the capability of a product to be adapted for meeting different requirements.For a complex artificial system of competing products,enhanced product adaptability benefits management flexibility,rapid response to market requirements,reduced manufacturing cost,improved product maintainability and environmental friendliness.Better understanding of product evolution is crucial for enhancing products adaptability.The non-dominated design principle is proposed based on specification comparisons for product evolution analysis.On this basis,multi-order evolutionary state space of complex competing products is defined with mathematical formulations.Characteristics of the evolutionary state space include relativity,dynamicity,uniformity,boundedness,and convergence.Based on the multi-order evolutionary state space,concept and evaluation method of multi-order adaptabilities are proposed.Finally,a wind turbine was used as a case study to analyze and discuss its evolutionary state space and multi-order adaptability,illustrating the newly proposed concepts and methods.
