摘 要:随着航天技术的快速发展,单次展开的空间天线已无法满足重大工程对大尺寸天线的任务需求。基于模块化单元的在轨组装技术是实现大尺寸空间天线的有效途径。传统基于近似拟合的单一模块化天线设计方法无法准确表征通用空间天线结构的构型。针对该问题,提出了一种基于多构型拓扑的天线模块化单元设计方法,采用多构型模块化单元解决了大型平面天线及反射面天线在轨组装中的兼容性问题。结果表明,天线模块化单元设计方法可高精度模拟平面、球面、旋转抛物面及抛物柱面等多种天线构型,是实现大型空间天线天线在轨组装的可靠技术。基于上述研究,本文通过对研制的原理样机进行收拢展开试验,验证了所提出的模块化单元设计方法的可行性与有效性。With the rapid development of aerospace technology,single deployment space antennas can no longer meet the task requirements of large-scale antennas in major engineering projects.On-orbit assembly technology based on modular units is an effective way to achieve large-sized space antennas.The traditional design method of single modular antenna based on approximate fitting cannot accurately describe the configuration of general space antenna structure.In response to this issue,this article proposes a modular antenna unit design method based on multi configuration topology,which solves the compatibility problem of large planar antennas and reflector antennas on orbit assembly using multi configuration modular units.The results show that the antenna modular unit design method proposed can accurately simulate various antenna configurations such as planar,spherical,rotating parabolic,and parabolic cylindrical,and is a reliable technology for achieving on orbit assembly of large space antennas.Based on the above research,this article verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed modular unit design method by conducting experiments on the developed prototype.
