摘 要:硬X射线自由电子激光装置3.9 GHz超导高频腔调谐器运行在真空、低温以及辐射等严苛环境下,通过精密调节机构对腔体施加纵向拉力,改变腔体尺寸,实现频率的精确控制。针对调谐器在严苛环境中如何实现高精度调节提出了整机设计思路,采用同轴叶片式结构,结合理论计算和仿真分析,确定叶片的尺寸及数量,保证设计上满足强度、刚度、稳定性及调节范围等性能参数要求。严格控制加工制造工艺及尺寸精度,避免结构因刚度的非对称性造成扭转。对简化的叶片组件进行疲劳测试,确认焊接结构满足运行寿命需求。对关键元件进行辐射测试,保证结构能在辐射环境中正常运行。进行整机仿真分析和样机常、低温下的运动测试,进一步验证结构在模拟运行环境下的精密调节性能。全文通过理论计算、仿真分析及样机制造与测试三方面的工作,确保该同轴叶片式调谐器结构设计满足3.9 GHz超导高频腔在严苛环境下的精密调谐要求,为后续超导腔系统水平测试、工程设计定型打下了基础。The tuner of 3.9 GHz superconducting RF cavity in Shanghai high repetition rate X-ray free electron laser and extreme light facility will operate in harsh environments such as high vacuum,cryogenic temperature and radiation.It change the length of cavity by applying a longitudinal tension through a regulating mechanism to adjust the cavity frequency precisely.Aiming at achieving a high precise frequency tuning,an overall design featured coaxial blade is adopted.Combined theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,the blade structure and size are determined to achieve the specific technical parameters such as strength,stiffness,stability and adjustment range.Strictly controlled the manufacturing process and dimensional precision,torsion caused by the asymmetry of the stiffness of the structure is avoided.Fatigue tests are performed on simplified blade assemblies to confirm that they meet the operational lifetime.The key components are tested in the radiation environment to ensure the normal operation of the tuner.FEA analysis and motion test of the tuner prototype at both room and cryogenic temperature are carried out to further verify the adjustment performance.Through theoretical calculation,FEA,prototype manufacturing and testing,it is confirmed that the coaxial blade tuner design can meet the precise tuning requirements of 3.9 GHz superconducting high-frequency cavities operating in vacuum,cryogenic and radiation environment,which lays a foundation for subsequent cavity system horizontal test and finalization of engineering design.
