蒿秦化斑方治疗光敏性皮肤病思路探析

摘　　要：光敏性皮肤病是一种常见病症,与遗传、环境等因素密切相关。传统治疗方法虽有效,但存在复发及较多不良反应等问题,在一定程度上影响了患者的生活质量。笔者团队认为本病起病多因外邪侵袭,热迫血分;禀赋不耐,正虚邪凑;脏腑失职,湿热内生所致,依据多年临床经验拟定蒿秦化斑方(青蒿、秦艽、水牛角、生地黄、赤芍、牡丹皮、防风、生甘草),以清热凉血、固表除湿为法,临证加减可有效改善患者的临床症状。附临床验案1例,以探析蒿秦化斑方辨证论治光敏性皮肤病思路,丰富光敏性皮肤病临床治疗方法。Photodermatoses is a common condition closely associated with genetic and environmental factors.Conventional treatment methods,while effective,often result in recurrence and numerous adverse reactions,impacting the quality of life for patients.Our team believes that the onset of this disease is often due to the invasion of external evils,leading to heat distressing the blood level;inherent intolerance,combined with deficiency of healthy qi and excess of pathogenic factors;and dysfunction of organs resulting in the internal generation of damp-heat.Drawing on years of clinical experience,we have formulated the Haoqin Huaban Formula(Sweet Wormwood and Large Leaf Gentian Root MaculeDissolving Formula),which contains Qinghao(Herba Artemisiae Annuae),Qinjiao(Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae),Shuiniujiao(Cornu Bubali),Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan),Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae),and Shenggancao(Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae).It employs the principle of clearing heat,cooling blood,dispelling dampness,and reinforcing the the wei exterior.This prescription,with adjustments as needed,has shown significant improvement in the clinical symptoms of patients.Through the analysis of a clinical case study,we explore the diagnostic and therapeutic ideology of the Haoqin Huaban Formula for the treatment of photodermatoses,enriching the clinical treatment method for this condition.
