复方益母片促进早孕妇女人工流产术后恢复临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察复方益母片应用于早孕妇女人工流产(induced abortion,IA)术后恢复的临床疗效及安全性。方法将2023年3月至2024年1月就诊于北京中医药大学第三附属医院妇科的70例IA术后妇女按照随机数字表分为治疗组、对照组各35例。两组均常规口服抗生素预防感染,对照组不再使用其他药物治疗,治疗组加服复方益母片治疗。观察两组疼痛评分、疼痛持续时间、阴道流血量、阴道流血持续时间、术后2周子宫内膜厚度及优势卵泡生成情况、首次月经复潮时间及痛经发生情况,并进行安全性评价。结果 术后2 h疼痛评分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组第3天、第7天疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。在疼痛持续时间方面,治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组减少阴道流血量、缩短阴道流血持续时间疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。在术后2周,两组子宫内膜厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组优势卵泡生成率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组首次月经复潮时间短于对照组(P<0.05),首次月经复潮期间的痛经发生率以及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无不良反应发生,血常规、肝肾功均未见异常。结论 复方益母片促进IA术后恢复有较好临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Fufang Yimu Pills in patients after induced abortion.Methods A total of 70 postoperative women with IA who visited the department of gynecology,Beijing University ofChinese Medicine Third Affiliated Hospital from March 2023 to January 2024 after induced abortion were divided intotreatment group and control group by the random number table method(n=35). Besides conventional oral antibiotics,thecontrol group did not use any other drug treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Fufang Yimu Pills. The painscore,pain duration,vaginal bleeding volume,vaginal bleeding duration,endometrial thickness 2 weeks after surgery,pres-ence or absence of dominant follicles,first menstrual relapse time,first menstrual dysmenorrhea were observed in the twogroups,and the safety of this theraphy was assessed.ResultsThere was no difference in the 2-hour postoperative painscore between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability. The pain scores of the treatment group on the 3rd and7th days were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). In terms of pain duration,the treatment group was shorterthan the control group(P<0.05). About the volume of vaginal bleeding and the duration of vaginal bleeding,the treat-ment group had better efficacy than the control group(P<0.05). At 2 weeks postoperatively,the two groups had no dis-tinction in endometrial thickness(P>0.05),and about the dominant follicle formation rate,the treatment group was high-er than the control group(P<0.05). As far as the time of first menstrual relapse,there is a better curative effect in thetreatment group. In the treatment group,the incidence of first menstrual dysmenorrhea and postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Therewere no obvious adverse reactions and abnormal indicatorsin the two groups.Conclusion Fufang Yimu Pills in facil-itating recovery of patients after induced abortion has agood clinical efficacy.
