摘  要:针对石英灯灯丝半圆柱面多网格划分下的辐射热流计算,提出了适用于平板阵列竖直排布、水平排布和斜排布情况的多网格划分解析计算方法,分析了不同网格数量对热流分布的影响,指出灯丝对外辐射总能量差异会导致解析法与有限元热流计算结果出现偏差,据此建立了有限元模型的灯丝温度调整方法,调整后二者计算结果的一致性良好,进而验证了该解析计算方法的正确性,将该方法计算的热流密度值作为热流载荷边界施加于有限元分析模型中能够显著降低辐射传热计算规模,实现大尺度结构与大规模石英灯阵列辐射传热下结构温度响应的快速计算。An analytical computation method was present for the heat flux of the plane quartz lamp array under multi-ele-ments mesh for the semi-cylinder of the filament,which includes vertical array.horizontal array and oblique array..The effect of different number of elements on the distribution of heat flux was discussed.Considering the difference of total radiation en-ergy of the filament can cause the difference between the calculated results using analytical method and finite element meth-od,the adjusting method of temperature of the filament in the finite element model was built,which lead to the consistency between the calculated results.So the validity of the analytical computation method was verified,which could effectively re-duce the scale of radiation heat transfer and get temperature response rapidly of the structure in large scale under the radia-tion heat transfer with large scale array of the quartz lamps if heat flux computed from this method was used as load in the finite element analysis.
