摘  要:针对单双耳销轴连接结构进行有限元非线性破坏分析,采用Johnson-Cook塑性本构模型分析了接头破坏载荷以及破坏模式,并与试验结果进行了对比验证。破坏载荷分析结果与试验结果相对误差在5%以内,且破坏模式与试验完全一致,验证了方法的准确性与有效性。This article conducts finite element nonlinear failure analysis on single and double ear pin shaft connection struc-ture.The Johnson Cook plastic constitutive model is used to analyze the joint failure load and failure mode,and the results are compared and verified with experimental results.The relative error between the analysis results and the experimental re-sults is within 5%,and the failure mode is completely consistent with the experiment,verifying the accuracy and effective-ness of the method.
