油田区块机采井综合能源利用及效果分析

摘  要:随着油田开发进入“双高”阶段,区块机采系统出现运行参数调整难度大、低产低效井增多等问题,为了有效解决生产中存在的问题。文中通过对区块采用塔架式抽油机、长冲程抽油机等先进的节能技术,按照“地上与地下一体化、技术与管理协同化”的工作思路,开展区块综合能源利用工程建设,可实现年节电1408.61×104 kWh,实现减少碳排放10943.49 t。同时对形成的典型经验做法进行推广,探索机采井提质增效模式,使模式具有可推广、可复制,发挥示范引领作用,推动油田绿色低碳、节能减排之路,实现高质量发展。As the oilfield development has entered the“double-high”stage,the mechanical production system of block has encountered problems including adjusting operating parameters and increasing low-yield and low-efficiency wells.In order to effectively solve the problems existing in production,the advanced energy conservation technologies including tower mounted pumping units and long stroke pumping units in the block are adopted,and according to the working idea of“integration of ground and underground,coordination of technology and management”,the construction of comprehensive energy utilization project in the block is carried out,which can realize annual power saving of 1408.61×104 kWh and reduce carbon emissions by 10943.49 t.At the same time,the typical experience and practices that were formed have been promoted and the mode of improving the quality and efficiency of mechanical production wells has been explored,which has a scalable and replicable,plays a leading role in the demonstration,promotes the green,low-carbon,energy conservation and emission reduction path of oilfield,and achieves high-quality development.
