摘 要:为实现CO_(2)含量较高的伴生气进行高效脱酸处理,在常规脱酸工艺的基础上,通过增设汽提塔减少后续再生塔的再生负荷和酸气排放,形成适应性更强的三塔改进工艺,利用控制变量法研究不同参数对能耗和净化气质量的影响,结合灵敏度分析确定能耗优化工艺参数的先后调节次序,并进行了现场验证。结果表明:即使在伴生气CO_(2)含量为30%时,改进三塔工艺依旧能够取得良好的净化效果,且能耗大幅下降;随着MDEA循环量的增加,灵敏度绝对值先增加后减小;再生塔进料温度、汽提塔塔压均与灵敏度绝对值呈反相关;再生塔回流比与灵敏度绝对值呈正相关;能耗优化后,模拟流程总能耗从6239 kW降为5983 kW,降幅4.10%,同时净化气质量满足产品要求。In order to achieve efficient deacidification treatment of associated gas with high CO_(2)content,on the basis of conventional deacidification process,the more adaptable three-tower improvement process has been formed by adding striping towers to reduce the regeneration load and acid gas emission of subsequent regenerators.The influence of different parameters on energy consumption and purified gas quality has been studied by using control variable method.The adjustment sequence of energy consumption optimization process parameters has been determined through the sensitivity analysis,and the field verification is carried out.The results show that when the CO_(2)content of the associated gas is 30%,the improved three-tower process can still achieve good purification effect,with energy consumption greatly reducing.With the increase of MDEA circulating quantity,the absolute sensitivity increases first and then decreases.The feed temperature of the regenerator and the stripper tower pressure are inversely correlated with the absolute value of sensitivity,while the reflux ratio of regenerator is positively correlated with the absolute value of sensitivity.After energy consumption optimization,the simulation flow of total energy consumption is reduced from 6239 kW to 5983 kW,with a reduction of 4.10%.At the same time,the quality of purified gas meets the requirements of product.
