摘  要:为了应对原油贸易交接中的计量挑战,Z公司在S6区原油管道项目中对计量标准体系进行了优化设计。通过引入新型计量仪器和加强设备校准与维护,计量误差从0.5%降低至0.2%,准确度提升了60%。共享计量系统的设计节省了约20%的工程成本,使项目的整体运营成本降低了约15%。系统集成和优化的工艺流程进一步提高了运营效率,项目每年节省运营成本约为500万美元。这一优化设计方案不仅在经济、技术和管理方面取得了显著成效,还为全球原油贸易交接计量标准的推广提供了宝贵的参考和指导。To meet the challenges of crude oil trade measurement,the measurement standard system of S6 district crude oil pipeline project in Z company has been optimized and designed.By introducing new measurement instruments and enhancing equipment calibration and maintenance,the measurement errors are reduced from 0.5%to 0.2%,improving accuracy by 60%.The shared measurement system design saved approximately 20%of engineering costs,totaling about$5 million in investment and operational savings,reducing the project's overall operating costs by about 15%.The integration of systems and optimized processes further have improved operational efficiency.This optimized design scheme not only achieved significant economic,technical,and managerial benefits but also provided valuable reference and guidance for the global promotion of crude oil trade measurement standards.
