摘 要:随着低碳(零化石)采油厂建设的深入开展,华北油田近年来通过热泵技术或者直接换热等方法对矿内油田中高温采出液余热资源进行开发利用替代站场传统加热炉供热系统,降低采出水回注温度。基于采出液一次换热过程中取热温差大、回注温度高的特点,利用热泵等技术进一步把热量提取出来,导致运行费用较高。冀中南部SN油田通过采用n级梯度换热设计计算方法与流程框图,新建采出液处理区、采液及回注管线、换热系统、增压单元、回注系统,对ze90井中高温采出液余热资源进行梯度高效利用。该技术成功应用后不但实现S站场3240 kW加热炉热负荷全替代,同时与一次换热相比,采出液余热资源热能利用率提高90%以上,站场采出液量降低56%,节约运行成本70.2%。该方法形成热源梯级利用标准化设计,持续助力采油厂零化石油田建设,打造无烟站场。With the development of the construction for low-carbon(fossil zero)oil production plants,North China oilfield has developed and utilized the waste heat resources of high temperature produced liquid in oilfield through the heat pump technology or direct heat exchange,which replaces the traditional heating furnace heating system of the station,and reduces the re-injection temperature of produced water.Based on the problems of large temperature difference and high re-injection temperature in the process of primary heat exchange of produced liquid,which requires heat pump and other technologies to further extract the heat,resulting in high operating costs.The SN oilfield in central and southern Hebei province has adopted the calculation method and flow diagram of n-level gradient heat transfer design.The newly-built produced liquid treatment area,production liquid and re-injection pipeline,heat exchange system,pressurization unit and re-injection system have been made gradient and efficient utilization of the waste heat resources of high-temperature produced liquid in ze90 well.After the successful application of this technology,it not only realizes the full replacement of the heat load for 3240 kW heating furnace in the S station,but also increases the utilization rate of the heat energy of produced liquid waste heat resources by more than 90%,reduces the amount of produced liquid by 56%and saves the operating cost by 70.2%compared with the primary heat exchange.This method forms a standardized design for cascade utilization of heat sources,which continues to help the construction of fossil zero oilfield in oil production plant and build smoke-free stations.
