银翘散合麻杏石甘汤加减联合西医治疗邪犯肺卫证风温肺热病患者效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在常规西医用药方案的基础上配合使用中药银翘散合麻杏石甘汤加减治疗分风温肺热病的效果和优势。方法:将2021年4月—2023年6月松桃苗族自治县民族中医院接受诊治的125例风温肺热病患者进行研究,根据在治疗中是否使用中药方案将病例分成观察组(n=66)及对照组(n=59);对照组在对症支持治疗的基础上使用利巴韦林和氯化钠注射液;观察组则在上述基础上加入银翘散合麻杏石甘汤加减,然后对比两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的发热、咳嗽、头痛等临床症状的消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的发热、咳嗽和肺部啰音评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的肺功能改善程度更好,FVC、FEV1和PEF三项指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后C反应蛋白和白细胞计数均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在邪犯肺卫型风温肺热的治疗中加入银翘散及麻杏石甘汤效果显著并能缩短患者的康复进程。Objective:This paper analyzes the effect and advantages of Yinqiao Powder combined with Maxing Shigan Decoction in treating wind-dispersing and lung-heat disease on the basis of routine western medicine medication scheme.Method:From April 2021 to June 2023,125 patients with rheumatic fever in the hospital were studied,and the cases were divided into a observation group consisted of 66 cases and a control group consisted of 59 cases according to whether traditional Chinese medicine was used in the treatment.The control group used ribavirin and sodium chloride injection on the basis of symptomatic support treatment.In the observation group,Yinqiao Powder and Maxing Shigan Decoction were added,and then the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms such as fever,cough and headache disappeared faster,whose dissipation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of TCM symptom scores showed that the scores of fever,cough and lung rales in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of lung function in the observation group was better after treatment,and FVC,FEV1 and PEF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).C-reactive protein and white blood cell count in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding Yinqiao Powder and Maxing Shigan decoction in the treatment of wind-heat and lung-heat due to pathogenic factors invading lung-wei has obvious effect and also can shorten the rehabilitation process of patients.
