摘　　要：目的:探讨梅毒患者治疗前后以及健康者血清中白介素-17(IL-17)和白介素-22(IL-22)表达水平及临床意义。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测技术,分别检测梅毒患者(梅毒组)、经治疗的梅毒患者(治疗组)和健康者(健康组)IL-17和IL-22的表达水平。结果:健康组IL-22的表达水平低于梅毒组(P<0.05)。三组IL-17的表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)结果显示IL-22预测梅毒发生的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.848(P<0.05),具有较高的诊断价值,而IL-17的AUC值没有统计学意义。结论:IL-17和IL-22是梅毒免疫机制中重要的细胞因子,IL-22对梅毒的诊断具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of interleukin(IL)-17 and IL-22 in the serum of syphilis patients before and after treatment and in healthy individuals.Methods:Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression levels of IL-17 and IL-22 in the serum of syphilis patients,treated syphilis patients and healthy individuals.Results:The serum expression level of IL-22 in the healthy group was lower than that in the syphilis group(P<0.05).However,the expression level of IL-17 in serum was not statistically significant in the above three groups.The results of ROC curve showed that the AUC value of IL-22 in serum for predicting syphilis was 0.848(P<0.05),which confirmed that IL-22 had high diagnostic value.The AUC value of IL-17 was not statistically significant.Conclusion:IL17 and IL-22 are important cytokines in the immune mechanism of syphilis,and IL-22 has important clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of syphilis.
