基于信息化平台的健康科普策略在复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于信息化平台的健康科普策略在复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)育龄期妇女中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年6月—2022年12月在健康管理中心进行体检后确诊为复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的育龄期女性188例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=93例)和对照组(n=95例)。观察组采用复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病系列健康科普模式进行干预,对照组采用体检后常规健康教育方式进行干预。比较两组外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病阴道分泌物阳性情况、复发率和生殖道感染疾病知识评分、遵医行为评分及生活质量评分。结果:观察组外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病阴道分泌物阳性率、复发率均低于对照组,就诊人数和遵医行为评分、健康素养评分、生殖道感染疾病知识(除传播途经外)评分及生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于信息化健康管理平台的RVVC系列健康科普策略可有效提高患者的疾病认知,促进患者改善健康生活行为,提升健康素养及生活质量,提高对RVVC患者的健康管理水平,有效防治RVVC疾病的发生发展,改善患者预后。Objective:To explore the effects of health popularization strategies f based on information health management platform for childbearing women with recurrent vulvovaginal candidosis(RVVC).Methods:From June 2021 to December 2022 in health management center after physical examination diagnosed with recurrent vulvovaginal candida childbearing women 188 cases as the research object,according to the random number table method into obser vation group(n=93)and control group(n=95),obser vation group using series of health science mode intervention,control group using routine health education way after intervention.The vulvovaginal candidosis positivity,recurrence rate,knowledge score of reproductive tract infection disease,compliance behavior score,and quality of life oftwo groups were compared.Results:The vaginal discharge positive rate and recurrence rate of vulvovaginal candidiasis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the number of patients and the scores of compliance behavior,health literacy,knowledge of reproductive tract infection and quality of life were significantly higher than those the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The RVVC series health science popularization strategies based on the information health management platform can effectively improve the patients'disease cognition,promote the patients to improve their healthy life behaviors,and enhance their health literacy and quality of life,to improve the level of health management of patients with RVVC,effectively prevent the occurrence and development of RVVC disease,improve the prognosis of patients.
