集束化康复护理联合肌内效贴布在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨集束化康复护理联合肌内效贴布对老年股骨颈骨折患者术后心理与日常生活能力的影响。方法:选择2020年4月—2022年6月收治的股骨颈骨折患者134例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组67例,对照组采用集束化康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用肌内效贴布干预。比较两组患者干预前后下肢疼痛评分、肿胀程度、心理评分、独立能力、生活能力和髋关节功能。结果:干预前两组患者各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后两组患者下肢肿胀程度、视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者Barthel指数、Harris髋关节评分(简称Harris评分)、独立性评定量表(FIM)评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化康复护理联合肌内效贴布能有效改善老年股骨颈骨折患者下肢肿胀程度、心理状态和髋关节功能,降低术后疼痛程度,提高独立能力和日常生活能力。Objective:To study the effect of bundle rehabilitation nursing combined with intramuscular patch application on postoperative psychology and daily living ability of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.Methods:A total of 134 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to hospital from April 2020 to June 2022 were included in the study.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 67 cases each.The control group received clustered rehabilitation care,while the observation group received additional intramuscular patch intervention.The lower limb pain score,swelling degree,psychological score,independence ability,living ability,and hip joint function of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the swelling degree of lower limbs,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in two groups were significantly lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of Barthel Index,Harris hip score and independence rating scale(FIM)in two groups were significantly higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clustered rehabilitation care combined with intramuscular patch can effectively improve the degree of lower limb swelling,psychological status,and hip joint function in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures,reduce postoperative pain,and improve independence and daily living ability.
