摘 要:目的基于PDCA循环法,找出病区药房手摆药品在调剂接收过程中存在的问题,并采用信息化手段进行优化实践。方法选定降低病区药房手摆药品调剂接收产生的差错率为衡量指标,利用鱼骨图、柏拉图、“80/20”法则分析产生差错原因,并进行信息化优化实践。结果病区药房手摆药品在调剂转运接收过程中的差错率由0.28%降至0.12%,进步率为57.14%。结论应用PDCA循环法有效地优化了手摆药品从调剂转运接收全流程,保障临床诊疗用药安全以及促进了病区药房手摆药品信息化管理的发展。Objective To find out the problems in the dispensing and receiving process of hand-dis-pensed drugs in the ward pharmacy based on the PDCA cycle method and optimize the practice through the ap-plication of information technology.Methods We selected the reduction of the error rate in the dispensing and receiving of hand-dispensed drugs in the ward pharmacy as the measurement index,and use the fishbone diagram,Pareto diagram,and the 80/20 rule to analyze the causes of errors,and then carry out information-based optimiza-tion practices.Results The error rate of hand-dispensed drugs in the ward pharmacy during dispensing,trans-portation,and receiving has decreased from 0.28%to 0.12%,with a progress rate of 57.14%.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method can effectively optimize the whole process of dispensing,transportation,and re-ceiving of hand-dispensed drugs,ensure the safety of clinical diagnosis and treatment medications and promote the development of information management of hand-dispensed drugs in ward pharmacies.
