摘　　要：科研档案是促进地震科技成果转化的基本凭证。文章探讨了地震科研档案的独特价值,指出地震科研档案在促进地震科技成果转化中存在的问题,结合新时期地震部门的实际情况,提出科研档案在加强组织领导、健全制度体系、创新服务方式和开展信息化建设等方面促进科技成果转化的路径,以期为今后科技成果转化提供思路。Scientific research archives are the basic evidence to promote the transformation of seismic scientific and technological achievements.This article discusses the unique value of earthquake research archives and points out the problems existing in promoting the transformation of earthquake scientific achievements through research archives.Combining with the actual situation of earthquake departments in the new era,the article proposes paths for promoting the transformation of scientific achievements through research archives,including strengthening organizational leadership,perfecting the system and institutional framework,innovating service methods,and carrying out information construction,in order to provide a reference for future scientific achievements transformation.
