摘 要:起重船锚泊系统中的系泊缆一旦发生失效,系统平衡即被打破,严重时会导致起重船处于失控的危险状态,既影响起重船的正常工作又严重威胁着船上人员的安全,故对系泊缆进行失效分析非常重要。文中在时域内通过对船体-吊物-系泊缆组成的耦合模型进行动态响应分析,主要研究臂架在尾吊、75°吊、侧吊时风浪流联合作用下某个特定时间单根系泊缆失效时其余系泊缆的受力情况及船体与吊物的运动响应。结果表明:单根系泊缆失效会导致受损系泊系统剩余张力重新分布、侧吊时卧链长的减少量最大以及侧吊时起重船与吊物纵荡、横荡、横摇、艏摇瞬态响应变化显著。因此,不能忽视系泊缆失效对起重船的影响,且研究对系泊系统的设计和了解船体瞬态运动具有参考价值。Once the mooring cable in the mooring system of the floating crane fails,the system balance will be broken,which will lead to the floating crane losing control in serious cases,which will not only affect the normal operation of the floating crane but also seriously threaten the safety of the people on board,so it is very important to analyze the mooring cable failure.In this paper,through the dynamic response analysis of the coupling model composed of hull,crane and mooring cable in time domain,the stress of the remaining mooring cables and the motion response of the hull and crane at a specific time under the combined action of wind,waves and currents when the boom is hoisted at tail,75°and side.The results show that the failure of single mooring line will lead to the redistribution of residual tension of damaged mooring system,the maximum reduction of horizontal chain length during side hoisting,and significant changes in transient response of the floating crane and the suspended object in longitudinal swing,lateral swing,rolling and yawing during side hoisting.Therefore,the influence of mooring line failure on floating crane can not be ignored,and the researches related to it have reference value for the design of mooring system and the understanding of hull transient motion.
