摘 要:在起重吊装作业中,传统的人工监测方式无法准确判断吊索垂直及吊臂干涉情况,可能因歪拉斜吊或碰撞而引发安全事故。针对大型设备吊装数字化智能监测问题,文中构建了吊装数字化智能监测系统,分析了该系统业务功能模块需求,实现了对大型设备吊装过程进行数字化、可视化、智能化的实时监测。根据起重机位姿监测与预警需求,结合多卫星测量定位技术和实时差分定位技术,在起重机结构、被吊设备的关键位置布置定位设备,实现了毫米级精度的定位。经过现场试验验证,采用吊装数字化智能监测技术辅助吊装作业,能有效避免人因失误,极大提高吊装作业安全性。In the hoisting operation,it is impossible to accurately judge the vertical of the sling and the interference of the boom by the traditional manual monitoring method,which may lead to safety accidents due to oblique hoisting or collision.As for the digital intelligent monitoring of large-scale equipment hoisting,in this paper,a digital intelligent monitoring system for hoisting is constructed,and the requirements of business function modules of the system are analyzed,so that the digital,visual and intelligent real-time monitoring of large-scale equipment hoisting process is realized.According to the requirements of crane posture monitoring and early warning,combined with multi-satellite measurement and positioning technology and real-time differential positioning technology,positioning equipment is provided at the key positions of crane structure and suspended equipment,achieving millimeter-level accuracy positioning.Field test show that the digital intelligent monitoring technology for hoisting can effectively avoid human error and greatly improve the safety of hoisting operation.
