摘 要:目前,高铁铁路预制箱梁搬运用的轮胎式搬梁机大多通过液压泵提供液压能量驱动液压马达,液压马达再驱动执行机构。而液驱搬梁机存在能耗高、噪声大、污染重等问题。文中针对高速铁路预制梁场轮胎式搬梁机使用功率大、运行环境恶劣、持续工作时间长等特点,结合工程机械行业日益成熟的电动化技术,推出用于高速铁路预制梁场的电动搬梁机,通过分析液驱和电驱搬梁机能量传输的特点,以1000吨级搬梁机为研究对象,计算出两者的燃油消耗数据,对比分析并发掘出电驱搬梁机的优势。Now,most of the tire-type beam loaders used for transporting precast box girders of high-speed railway are driven by hydraulic motors provided by hydraulic pumps,and then the hydraulic motors drive the actuators.However,the hydraulic beam loader has some problems such as high energy consumption,high noise and heavy pollution.Considering the characteristics of high power,harsh operating environment and long continuous working time of the tire-type beam loader in the precast beam yard of high-speed railway,combined with the increasingly mature electrification technology in the construction machinery industry,the electric beam loader used in the precast beam yard of high-speed railway is introduced.By analyzing the characteristics of energy transmission of hydraulic and electric beam loaders,the fuel consumption data of the 1000-ton beam loader was calculated,and the advantages of the electric beam loader were determined after comparative analysis.
