摘　　要：介绍了三氯化磷生产过程放大经历阶段,指出过程放大的注意事项,提出优化后的放大方案和投产后的注意事项。This paper introduces the scale-up practice of phosphorus trichloride production process,sys⁃tematically describes the scale-up stages of phosphorus trichloride production process,points out the pre⁃cautions for process scale-up,puts forward the optimized scale-up scheme and precautions after produc⁃tion,and summarizes the prospect of phosphorus trichloride industry.
