摘 要:线粒体自噬是普遍存在于哺乳动物中的一种由多种信号通路参与的复杂的生理过程。当机体受到缺氧、去极化等应激因素胁迫时,可诱发线粒体自噬机制。肾间质纤维化(RIF)是肾脏疾病发展至终末期的必经病理过程,研究发现,线粒体自噬与RIF病程进展密切相关,且线粒体自噬靶向治疗RIF已成为防治RIF研究的前沿方向,因此,有必要进一步阐述线粒体自噬与RIF的关系。该文就线粒体自噬的调控机制、线粒体自噬对RIF的作用以及RIF的线粒体自噬调控通路的研究进行了梳理与总结,以期为线粒体自噬靶向治疗RIF以及新药物的研发提供参考依据。Mitochondrial autophagy(mitophagy)is a complex physiological process ubiquitous in mammals,involving multiple signaling pathways.When stressed by stress factors such as hypoxia and depolarization,the mitochondrial autophagy mechanism can be induced.Renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF)is a necessary pathological process when renal disease develops to terminal stage.Studies have found that mitophagy is closely related to the progression of RIF,and mitophagy targeting RIF has become the forefront of the prevention and treatment of RIF.Therefore,it is necessary to further elaborate on the relationship between mitophagy and RIF.In this paper,the regulation mechanism of mitophagy,the role of mitophagy in the treatment of RIF and the mitophagy regulation pathway of RIF are summarized to provide reference for the targeted treatment of RIF and the research and development of new drugs.
